ConstructionBids.ai provides access to government bid opportunities, construction project listings, and related data aggregation services. Our platform enables users to search, filter, and monitor publicly available government contracting opportunities.

The Service includes but is not limited to:

• Email alerts and digest notifications for new opportunities

2.1 Subscription Plans

ConstructionBids.ai offers multiple subscription tiers (Basic, Pro, Enterprise) with varying features and usage limits. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected during signup.

2.2 Payment Terms

Payment is required in advance for the selected subscription period. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days advance notice.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract our proprietary data
• Use automated scripts or bots to scrape our platform
• Redistribute or resell our data without explicit permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Upload malicious code or engage in any form of cyber attack

Our Service aggregates publicly available government bid data from official sources including SAM.gov, PlanetBids, and various government portals. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data.

4.2 Your Data

You retain ownership of any data you provide to us. We collect and process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such processing.

4.3 Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ConstructionBids.ai and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

6.1 Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

While we make efforts to provide accurate and current information, we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data provided through the Service. Users should verify all information independently.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service and cancel your subscription.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in California.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
